Not having hockey at this time of year sucks. I'm happy to see that the NHL proposed an offer and I hope the PA takes it and get the season under way.

Now we have a deadline. If deal is reached, training camp would open Oct. 26. New CBA needs to done by Oct. 25 to save 82-game season.

its a keeper pool though I don't think we could add a new team, I assume not everyone from last year will be back so you could probably take over one of those teams if they don't respond to the invite.

TBH I have pretty much lost interest in hockey. I'll still follow the Canucks if the season starts, but I'll be watching nfl regularly from now on, instead of other nhl games. Go Ravens!
