I watched Vandermeer all year last season in teal, you would not want him to be anything more than a #7/8 depth guy. He will be a fan favorite though, he never hesitates to stand up for his teamates so I found myself rooting for him to be in the lineup from time to time even though the numbers showed that he was getting destroyed by 3rd and 4th liners. If this is just a depth signing I think its great, I believe you could do a lot worse with your #8 D and he has that grit to him, if the nucks plan on having him even as a bottom pairing they are going to be choked lol.

Seems more likely Ballard will be moved.

As a lawyer that deals with a lot of ICBC claims, it's not easy to fake an injury. There are specific tests physicians use to verify whether the patient is genuine. It doesn't just come down to the patient's self-reporting. People aren't stupid.
