Except when your cushy contract expires, nobody will bother to give you anything near that since you've been stapled up in the press box. If he's 38 years old and this happens, then whatever. He's still got some good years of earning left in him

Pretty cool story about Bracken Kearns playing his first NHL game against the Canucks in Vancouver. His father is Dennis Kearns, who played 667 games with the Nuckers as a dman from 1971-1981.

His dad isn't at the game because apparently he didn't want to pay the 500 bucks or so to make the trip:
