Media will always be that crazy. Just look at the "pumping tires" shit they made a big deal out of Luongo. Media probably made other teams hate us more. |
its about getting a right handed dman sedins thrive off of passing it back to the point to make room, and we don't have a right handed guy running the point on PP |
Looks like another first or second round exit You don't win a Stanley Cup with a soft line-up, lol, one gritty line that won't be able to score for the life of them and then three soft as fuck lines We don't have the Stanley Cup formula, lulz. Call me pessimistic but whatever |

^ Great return on the Pominville trade, especially for a team retooling/rebuilding. Hm, wonder what this is. Quote:

Ovi for Weber :troll: |
Always great to see this thread nice and active! While there may be hatred and animosity, this is still one of my primary go-to places for discussion about the team  We'll see how this thread shapes up coming towards the playoffs We hit 30k posts last year, only at like 12k now |

Nick Kypreos @RealKyper35s Hearing the #Caps waiting on a trade to announce they've traded for #Preds Martin Erat. #tradetracker |
im just glad we didnt trade our first round pick and hoping for some changes in the offseason |
Pierre LeBrun @Real_ESPNLeBrun23s F. Forsberg to Nash for M. Erat and M. Latta |
Hm, seems like they're trading a future star for a second liner in Erat and a B-prospect. Seems a bit peculiar. Forsberg was very highly touted at the draft. |

mcphee needs to make the playoffs, his job is in jeopardy this year. |

true blue chip prospect for a 31 year old second liner no thanks, jeff |
Gillis will need to change his trade offer demands in order to trading Luongo if he wants to unload salary off the books. How the heck is he gonna re-sign players with the salary cap room available? -Gillis over estimates the demand for a goalie in the market and gives out a big contract AND a no trade clause to Luu. Real smart, MG! |
In the end its probably a team setting the tone for the style of play. Maybe this year all it takes is pure skill to win the cup. Maybe 1 goal games and goaltender stealing playoff matches. |
Mobile double post |
I believe Gillis and co philosophy is to create more offense and force teams to stop defending the Sedins and spread out their defence through all 1-2-3-4 lines. |

Offence is the best defence and on paper we "should" have alll the offence required to win in the playoffs........ when healthy. Now its up to the players and coaches to make it happen. Posted via RS Mobile |
Honestly, Kesler is the X-Factor now...If we can get him 100% healthy, he can go back to being that top 10 player he was few years back, and this team can have a legit shot at making a good run; is that likely to happen? No, I don't think so, considering we've been waiting for almost 2 years now for him to get back to form... |
