I just found out (old news now) Jerome Iginla got traded to the Pens.. damn... Too bad we didnt scoupe him up.. would have been a crazy line with the sedins....

Hey all. I'm thinking about going to tonight's game and my only option would be to buy from the scalpers in front of Rogers Arena. Anyone have experience dealing with these cats? Any pointers?

Go on ticketmaster. They usually release some on game day. You prob pay just as much with scalpers but you get the insurance.

Sidney Crosby Does Not Have Concussion Symptoms

After hearing about this, 105.9 The X’s Mark Madden talked to one of Crosby’s agents, Dee Rizzo, who advised him that this report is false. Crosby definitely does not have any concussion symptoms, the swelling is going down, he is recovering at home and progress is being made according to what Madden is reporting from Rizzo.
It is still unknown as to when he will return to the lineup; however, he does not have any concussion symptoms.
For those who are unaware, Crosby was hit in the mouth by a puck shot by defenseman Brooks Orpik during the game last Saturday against the New York Islanders. He had surgery for a broken jaw shortly after and was released from the hospital this past Monday afternoon. Again, according to Madden, Crosby’s agent is refuting Eskin’s report that he’s out for the rest of the season stating that he has no concussion symptoms, the swelling is going down, he’s recovering at home and is making progress.
Crosby underwent another procedure after being released from the hospital and was visiting the CONSOL today while the team practiced, but he did not skate.

Heard an interesting thought on that trade offer on 1040, in that we may have been making that deal to flip the 2nd round picks to get another player.

Randomly saw a crowd of people during my lunch break. Funny enough it was Fin that drew my attention to the crowd, otherwise I would have walked right by.

He was nice enough to pose for a pic with me, too bad all I had was the crappy phone on my camera. If I had known he was going to be around today, I would have brought my jersey in just on the minute chance he'd be there. See, he doesn't hate Vancouver. If anything, he likes it, maybe just a little bit :)

Yeah, I could definitely see something like that happening.

Possibly both 2nd round picks for Clarkson?

Anyone else wanna see Vandermeer in the lineup one of these days? Maybe it's just me. lol

Having Vandermeer/Sestito/Kassian/Pinizotto/Bieksa active would be great.

I wanna see this shit whoever messes with the sedins, etc :p
