Come and gone are the days where Moderators can ban anyone for anything.
As RS grows, we, the moderators, try to grow with it and keep up with the needs and demands of the community.
I try not to ever be ban or points happy and believe that some people just need to be told the rules. Now that it's clearly stated, any violations can be dealt with swiftly and fairly.

As the current team stands, the Canucks will always have a hard time convincing a young player to come. If a young player was given the same money but was promised a top 9 spot on one team, and the other team offered "a great place to learn the game", they'll always pick the place where they'll play the most.
As for Doan and Clowe- Doan would've signed here had he known that the Coyotes would still be up for sale. And if most players had a choice between playing in NY or playing in Van, most players I'm sure would choose NY.

Basically with a Toronto win and a Winnipeg loss results in Toronto with 55 points and Winnipeg with 44 points. Winnipeg is in 9th place currently. Both teams will have 5 games left to play. If WPG, wins out they still only reach 54 points.
Yeah... my calculations were based on if the 9th place teams won all their games.
