Is there a website that will detail a Goalies past performance versus certain teams including all time history?

Armind 04-22-2013 08:37 AM

Can't wait to go to tonight's game! :D

Yahoo Sports does a fairly good job in split stats.

pastarocket 04-22-2013 09:32 AM

If we win tonight or get a point from overtime or a shootout game against the Blackhawks, a North West division title is ours:

Blackhawks aim for top record, Canucks eye division crown

From the article: The Canucks are sitting in first place in the Northwest Division with 57 points, six ahead of the idle Minnesota Wild with three games left to play for both clubs. That means Vancouver can claim its fifth straight division title with a point in tonight's game

If the damn Blackhawks win tonight, they win the President's Trophy.

-hoping that this is the only piece of hardware that the Blackhawks get this season. :troll:

Some stats about the teams which won the Stanley Cup and President's Trophy in the same season. Detroit was the last team to have this achievement back in 2008:

Frankie getting to play with Edler in his debut against the Hawks. Not bad at all. Top 6 is loaded up, that line of Weise-Ebbet-Kassian seems pretty useless.

Corrado paired with Edler. Lines: Sedins-Burrows; Higgins-Roy-Kesler; Weise-Ebbett-Kassian; Raymond-Lapierre-Hansen.

There are some pretty sad names in there - Yip, Fisher, Wideman, Stempniak, Cogliano.

I hope that Tavares wins it.

Gilgamesh 04-22-2013 10:15 AM

Anaheim looks so sad and Toronto should have gone with James Reimer since he has quite a cult following and a really good season.
#Datsyuk (Russian market), #Pietrangelo, #Malkin (same as Datsyuk), #Thornton, #Kopitar (perennial close-to-ppg),

spideyv2 04-22-2013 11:15 AM

Fuaaark, gonna miss the first 2 periods cause of exams. I hope Corrado kills it out there.

Tough choices:

JVR - mobile for his size and able to park himself infront of the net but goes for stretches without scoring. Playoff performance could win my vote (even if its too late by then).

Lupul has been my favourite and is easily the best on the team when healthy but he has missed half the season.

Alternate choices:
Phaneuf - possible Norris candidate this season
Kadri - having a huge season but the cover vote could go to his head
Kessel - quietly earning a ppg playing a more complete game: top 5 in assists, backchecking, getting into scrums.
Reimer - Noberto Noungo

I'm leaning towards Kessel since Phaneuf has been on the cover before.

Ronin 04-22-2013 12:08 PM

No, Phaneuf doesn't have a chance against Suter or Subban.

Kadri deserves some sort of recognition in something though.

Ronin 04-22-2013 12:12 PM

HIGGINS - ROY - KESLER

:sweetjesus:

Mike Oxbig 04-22-2013 12:14 PM

Lupul should get it with the winter classic jersey

but Weise-Ebbett-Kassian :(

I can see Raymond - Lapierre - Hansen being a decent third line

Ronin 04-22-2013 12:25 PM

Yeah, I don't know what AV's thinking with that one. I'm guessing he's just trying some shit out while the games don't matter. Playoff lines NEED TO BE THIS.

Daniel - Henrik - Burrows
Hansen - Kesler - Raymond/Kassian
Higgins - Roy - Raymond/Kassian
Weise - Lapierre - Sestito/Pinizzotto

MayRay, Hansen and Kassian need to get going.

And Bieksa and Hamhuis have to be 100% for the playoffs.

It's a very nice looking modern house with lots of naturl light.... How can it not be impressive? he doesn't need to spend 50mill on a house I personally think 4mill is a good price for a star athlete.

here's hoping the canucks AHL farm can be moved to the city shared with the giants at PNE.
