Yes but at 7 teams out of 30, that still gives us 23.3% chance of winning a cup. So a Canadian team should win one every 4 or 5 years. But we haven't in 20 long years.

That whole series by the Rangers was embarrassing, Torts should be on his way out. Should be some changes there, the Rangers have little to no offensive depth.
