To be honest the reporter might have taken the burrows quote out of context, which it sounds like he did. Also doesn't help that it is showing a picture of him yelling.
TBH some of the things the Canucks management does kind of makes me embarrassed as a fan, and ashamed for the team. But I try to just ignore it and cheer the team.
