So looking at WSOP day 3 results Lu is ranked 178 right now. What I don't get is why does it show hes American from FL  Tournament Chipcounts | Official World Series of Poker Online |

Doesn't matter. Bjugstad needs another year or two of development. Gillis knows this...he just wants to stock the farm. It doesn't matter Bjugstad plays in the NHL next year or not.
Actually, the Panthers might be more inclined to trade him now that they know he won't be on their roster for at least another year but Lu would help them immediately.

Yeah... I don't think Tallon's going to trade Bjustad. He wants to see him play in the nhl first. Getting Quinton Howden is more realistic. He's a good 2nd/3rd liner.
