Apple TV jailbreak

anyone with a jailbroken apple tv? i have the second gen one with 5.0.1, jailbreaking is straightfoward but those plugin stuff is super complicated to me, all that nitoTV and XBMC SSH shit

but anyways, what are some good apps to install to stream movies and tv shows? assuming i figure out how to install those plugins

Once you get XBMC installed, I would install Navi-X. It has a huge selection of TV shows and movies including ice films and 1 Channel.

Is the sport streaming in HD or regular like you would see on the computer?
