Hey guys,

It was nice coming out and seeing new and old faces, talking with people I haven't seen in a while. Just a few things... I don't know who is organizing or organizes the meets however I was there til the very end. The place was LITTERED with coffee cups, wrappers, timbit boxes etc. not just a little bit, but A LOT in every corner of the lot. If we/you are using the premises I would ask the organizers to remind people to clean up after themselves. It was really embarrassing, I know I'm not there every week, but this is a real big deterrent for me coming back the following week.

Someone I know who drives ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM CHILLIWACK on a weekly basis to attend this meet found coffee cups stacked in his brand new dual exhaust. In my eyes this is wildly unacceptable and disrespectful.

I know its a public area, I understand that we cannot tell people what to do (boss them around), so people attending this meet should be respectful to the surrounding public, people speeding out of the lot is not a good way to keep a good relationship with the surrounding public.

I had to post this here because I do not know the organizers, and you guys can repost/link this post into whatever group throws this weekly event.

nabs: thanks for posting that. i have shared your post as a reminder for other members (of vcc) to respect each other's rides and clean up after themselves.

if others could also share nabs' post on other forums, i would greatly appreciate it.

I also noticed that some people did burn outs n stuff on the way out of the parking lot..

unfortunately that happens at almost any meet. people revving, peeling out, etc.
some people just have to compensate ya know?

we can just warn them once to stop, next time they will be asked to leave.
but forever we will all just think the driver is a douche.

Thats a bum deal... well have fun! We'll see how many people go, maybe I'll hang around but i'm not sure. I've been a little lazy lately and havent got around to photoshopping last weeks couple pics I took :\ ha ha.
