Formula DRIFT - Round5 THROWDOWN Use code " RSDTP " for $3 OFF and a chance to WIN (please read below)!
July 20 - 21, 2012
Evergreen Speedway (14405 179th Avenue SE, Monroe, WA, 98272)
Formula DRIFT has been a big hit at Evergreen Speedway for years now,
located in Monroe, WA, only a short distance from Seattle. It
is one of FD's fastest and most competitive circuits. Drivers reach
speeds of over 90mph on corners 1&2 on the 5/8's track.
The Northwest is home to some of the region's most die-hard drift
fans. The energy and excitement is often compared to that of
Irwindale and the original “House of Drift.” The event’s headline
moniker, “Throwdown,” lives up to it’s name as drivers push their
vehicles to the limits of the track’s banking and tight transitions
through the course resulting in one of the most exciting,
action-packed events of the season. The event goes on rain or shine
and the action never fails to disappoint. *This season, enter our
SPECIAL PROMO CODE while purchasing tickets online and receive $3OFF
and be automatically entered into our grand-prize contest giveaway.
Use online code " RSDTP " for a chance to win an actual ride-along with
a pro driver on the track!!
They were selling tickets at the door this morning, pretty sure they'll still have some for the next day. Starts at 12pm! You can go in and out as long as you show them your stamp.
^@ 0:23 of 1exotic's video, that looks and sounds like a 1st gen rx7... I could be wrong as I didn't get to attend the event, but there's no mistaking that sound, especially when you own two and if I am indeed wrong, I stand corrected
actually looking at the video in fullscreen, it may be a 2nd gen (I'm still gonna hold out for first though, FCs aren't usually that "bee in a tin can" sounding) that has a rear hatch similar to Shawn from Drift Union
