Harrison hotsprngs?
There's 2 main hotels there if I recall. One is your standard room, nothing fancy. The other one, right across the street from it, is more of a resort, with pools and sauna.

How far do you want to travel?
In BC, I've been to
Executive Suites in Squamish to check out the town and watch the eagles
Spirit Ridge Vineyard in Osoyoos to try some wines

Sparkling Hills Resort in Vernon has a 50% off coupon right now, for their deluxe double queen lakeside room. enter the code TBCZOO on their website to get the rates. ($195/night)
They have an infinity pool, with 7 different saunas, and a cold spa as well.
I heard they're lacking on the customer service side, and their in house restaurant is only OK, though.

| Galiano inn, Galiano is the first ferry stop from Tsawwassen.
You could do a walk on, the inn has loaner smart cars.
I ate there, it's good.
The missus rates the spa well.
Didn't see any lowriders in the lot. Not sure how they'd do on the ferry ramp.
If you go, book ahead for everything, busy time. BC Ferries Vacations | Galiano Island Retreat
