| Starting a Blog.
I'm considering starting a blog at the moment; it's not a subject which I'm very well versed in so a bit of advice from some of the resident bloggers would be greatly appreciated.
When I Google a slew of sites that host blogs come up, but I'm not sure if they're all essentially the same or if certain ones are better than others. Which site should I use?
That's mainly all I'm wondering about, but any other helpful advice would be appreciated.

If it's just for your random thoughts, use wordpress.com. It will be easy to migrate to a self hosted wordpress powered site if you ever decide to do that

+1 for wordpress. Very easy to use and offers lots of different layouts and design features for your blog.

There's really only two choices to consider. Wordpress and Blogger. I chose Blogger for my blog, but you need to go over the advantages of each before deciding.
Just google "wordpress vs blogger" and there are lots of good articles explaining the advantages and differences of each.

Completely customizable and as Skinnypup mentions it can be migrated over to your own hosting solution if you decide to later on.
