What is this plant or vine?

This plant or vine is in front of our house. We moved in a year ago and was there when we moved in. As it grows, it seems to wrap around the pillar behind it. We have to cut it back couple times a year to keep it at that size.
Anyone know what this plant is called? We are thinking of digging them out and getting rid of them

From the pics it looks like a vine wrapped around a viburnum plant

Kinda looks like morning glory, but i have never seen it grow like a bush in one spot like that.

Thanks for the reply guys. These pants are too viney for our liking, I think we're going to dig them out and plant something smaller
