there should be a dns manager somewhere on your domain page.
Where you have the 'ftp' record pointing to, is not to the correct ip. Your '@' record is not even pointing to the correct place either i believe since i can't even resolve ericchow.me

According to google filezilla can't resolve your domain name.
Tempoarily try using 67.213.73.27 in place of ftp.ericchow.me and see if it connects.
The port is blank. I'm not sure if it matters as I don't use filezilla but it should be 21.
It could be the FTP server only allows single connections to it. Filezilla, by default, has 2 simultaneous transfers enabled. Go to Settings > Transfers. Change Maximum simultaneous transfers to 1.
