Yep, splash some 94 in there to make up the difference.
It doesn't even have to be on - the vapours will do.

Just asking which gas stations have separate pumps for 91 octane, sheeeesh guys, why would they design such a setup?

I know the amount might be neglegible, but if I am paying for premium I'd rather use a gas station that has seperate pumps for premium gas.
Do you guys know where there are some of these? I know some Shell locations have them, but I can't seem to find them around.
I'm In burnaby by the way. It's totally counter intuitive for me to drive to surrey/richmond to pump gas haha, anyone know of any gas stations in Burnaby?
Also, preference for 91 oct? I go to Shell since I see their ads on Forza 4 | I bet any car I've ever built/driven has more HP/boost/more finniky AFR's than what you drive and I have never had a problem with running 91 in my cars. 94 does not net much of a HP difference.
If you buy 94 because you feel you're getting too much "low octane" gas in your car because of a shared pump, you're exactly the person gas companies LOVE.
Run 91 and live with it. You'll be fine.

all you have to do is check the pump before you swipe your card... look at the price displayed for the last person that used it..... does it match the price for 91 above the buttons? if yes; continue to pump. if no; try another pump....
but seriously...i am out of word...

Not only that.. there are plenty of pumps around town with a small counter that display how much regular and supreme have been dispensed.. if you choose mid grade, both counter would move.. hence you know they are mixing it.
If the OP is that concerned why don't he get it straight from the distributor and blend it himself? Quote:

Honestly guys, they have shells out there with separate handles for 91 octane, and I'm getting flamed for asking where they are? Holy hell guys! Quote:

That doesn't even make sense dude. It is a lot easier to stop at a gas station that is designed with an additional pump than to walk around with my iPhone calculator.
If this topic is honestly too difficult for you guys to answer then just pm me and I can describe it some more.
I already acknowledged that the amount of lower octane gas might be neglegible, but cmon, I know lots of you guys do ridiculous nonsense to your cars when you baby them.... You don't see me flaming you

if you are not getting the answers you want, get off your ass and if your that desperate for the 'pure' separate 91 line then go for a Sunday drive and look for them yourself. Or use your cellular device and call them and ask.
Your getting no where here because your question is shit.

if 87 is 131.9, 89 is 133.9 and 91 is 135.9 and the the price under the litres pumped at the top shows 131.9....don't use it? how did that, at any point, require the use of your iphone... or a calculator for that matter....
