Loosen blue collars -> spin down the top blue collar until there is no preload and the spring + helper spring is a snug fit -> spin bottom blue up to lock the top collar in place. If you need to mess with the height still, break loose the bottom collar and turn the shock body in the direction you want the height to go, then spin down the bottom collar to lock the shock body.

I wouldn't lower the car too much via the shock body though, because the lower you go the less droop you have. This could cause you to lose contact with the road if it's bumpy.

If i got something wrong, please correct me.
