If you are working toward your passenger vehicle licence and your motorcycle licence at the same time, and have a Class 7/8 licence, you can choose to take either the Class 5 or 6 road test. On passing, you will be issued a Class 5/6 licence.

that is cool and really dumb at the same time. so if you have a class 7N and a class 6N, you can decide to take either vehicle for your road test, and then theoretically pass both in one go?
thats fucking dumb. so by that standard, ive passed all my passenger vehicle tests and hold a full privelage class 5 license. so why not just straight up issue me a class 6 as well? i have more road experience then someone with their 6n/7n and therefore would have more logical reasoning to be handed that out.
that sounds really sketchy...
just because you pass your class 5 by no means says you're ready to ride on your own
the 2 licenses should have no bearing on the other in regards to tests.
what it should do is switch you from a class 8L/N to a class 6 license with the usual post MST but pre-roadtest restrictions

But you can't have a class 7N and class 6N at the same time because the class 7 is part of the GLP and the class 6 isn't. If you have a 7N, you'll have an 8N.

That was my thinking as well, if a kid with a 7N who passes the Class 5 test can get a Class 6, why do I have to take a test? Back when I was getting my license it took longer to get your 6 if you didn't have your 5 already so I was told to wait to get my 6...now that's sounding like a dumb idea.

Why? It's because all the class 5 test is to check if you can merge onto a highway, no other difference otherwise.... Class 5 test is quite a bit easier than the class 7 test.
You don't understand. I Waited Until I had a full class 5 license before getting my bike license because it takes way fuckin longer to get your bike license if you have your N. But now it says if you have an N of both then take one road test you pass for both and get a full class 5&6 licnse
I had my N when I got my motorcycle license, went to do PRS.... passed the MST with them and rode with a L on the back of my bike... I rode with that for a season... and went to take my motorcycle road test.... passed that had my N on the back of my bike for the rest of that season and this Jan I went and took my class 5 in my car and now I have 5/6...

So the ICBC book is right? Have both N's, take one road test, get both full licenses? Fuck sakes ICBC.

1. she is all over the road
2. she has all her weight off of the bike, with a very aggressive lean angle. so when she hits the throttle on the way out the rear tire breaks traction and then well you know the rest.
Yeah that's a pretty fucking awful riding position. He-himself is fully leaned off for the singular purpose of putting an knee down with any regard to balance. He's holding the bike too upright for the speed (not leaning it) and because he's hanging off like a retarded sloth he's unable to counteract the forward inertial and lateral forces by leaning the bike over ever so slightly.
she probably just rolled on the gas too hard coming out of the corner and rear kicked out. might have laid a nice darkie if she kept the throttle open instead lol

fixed that for you
in other news. finally brought it home. fresh gas in the tank and nitrogen in the tires. im in love already.
k5 gsx-r600 with 21k on it. only mods are windscreen, fender eliminator and frame sliders. only real mods im thinking of are shorty levers, flush mount signals up front, and a nice shorty exhaust. which i dont think really exists for my bike
