I bought them awhile back thinking it would fit on my husky.. But they didn't. Luckily they fit on the Grom which makes oil changes convenient as i ride that bike the most so I change oil frequently. Super good buy for the money.

ended up taking the panigale on the track

it felt great! the suspension was too stiff overall so it got a bit bumpy and went wide going down the corkscrew due the pavement

overall the bike performed well despite the heavy vibrations on the handlebars

in other note - finally sold my track r6 ... ended up getting a s1000rr - my dad and i ride together now and will be hitting up s2s soon

PS i like tracking the s1000rr so much more

Did my first ride/ solo ride up to Squamish yesterday around 7:30.. I think my arms hurt more from the waves than the riding.. LOL

Went off roading for a lil bit on the street tires but every time I gave er, tires would just slip as the gravel was pretty loose.. Rode in for about 5 mins then turned around.

I'm almost tempted to go back up tonight. One thing I'm happy with is that I brought ear plugs.. Even with my Sena cranked to 11, the wind noise was really unbearable.

Came back from Squamish today and I had a standing tip over when my boot got caught on the heel guard and I couldn't put my leg out

Good thing the only thing that is damaged is the mirror, which is shattered like my ego

Frame sliders saved the day I guess

Do you guys know if there is a store in the Greater Vancouver area where I can have a mirror piece cut out for replacement?

Also shout outs to the person in the Aston Martin who stopped to help

How is the build quality compared to the Canadian tire bike stands?

Why not get the SMH10? The only reason I ask is I see most riders have this headset(i know about 20+ people who own them), super easy to connect with others. If you get the uclear you limit the conversations to only those with the same headset. Although technically you could pair up with a SMH10 but its a bitch to connect other headset devices to it. I just got another pair of friends to pick up the SMH10 on Satuday. $360 after taxes for a dual pack.

Ride safe all. Was at a scene this morning. Rider down. Left Turner decided it's okay to cross the rider's path. Be vigilant and watch those left turners and intersections.

Sorry but its not worth it. You can get them $180 new when splitting a dual pack. I bought a used one for $120. So unless you have more to offer.

Yikes. St. Edwards and Cambie? How was the rider?

News1130Traffic Twitter feed also listed a rear ended motorcyclist on Hastings and Renfrew this morning and a collision on the Sea to Sky Highway yesterday.

There's some pics on the .604 motorcycle page(Private).

Looks like a Blue R1 got smashed up good. Vehicle has a huge dent in passenger rear door. Surprised the glass didnt get smashed.

I drove by the rear ended Harley at Hastings and Renfrew this morning. Didn't look like much damage except for the smashed tail light. Bike was upright but couldn't see if there was any damage on the left side since I passed it on the right side.

Another fellow RS'er and rider went down as well yesterday. Another incident of t-bone. His leg between ankle and knee is crushed. He should be heading into surgery as of now.

I myself almost got side swiped while going home, lady in a Toyota Sienna decided to floor it thru the merging lane but couldn't quite make it.

Be extra careful guys, incidents have skyrocketed lately.

You would think drivers would be better at this point now that riders have been on the road in large numbers for at least a few months now.

I had a guy cut me off last Wednesday on Hwy 17 when I had my bike. I wasn't in the dominant lane position though (I was in number 1 in the left lane) so I put that as lesson learned.

Also, some drivers have not gotten the message that they're not supposed to be cruising in the left lane.

I was stopped for a light in position 1 today and this lady just drives up right beside me on a 1 lane road. I gave her the "wtf" shrug and she yelled at me like she did nothing wrong and sped off at the green.

^ this is also the reason why i make sure i take position 3 (sometimes) so cars won't go beside me and cut to turn right on a red.
they can wait.

I had someone with an N pass me on the shoulder when I was in lane position 1, he was moving at least 100+ in 60. At first I was in shock like did that just happen? Then I was pissed and my emotions got the best of me, I chased after him and caught him a few lights up splitting traffic to catch him at the front of the light.

His window was down I was screaming every obscenity at him I could muster and had to use self restraint not to reach into his vehicle and start ramming his head into the steering wheel, he didn't understand what he did wrong and I even got more angry. Light goes green he takes off, I turn and calm down then realize what I did was just as stupid if not worse then what he did and nothing good could come out of it.

I got home and I was more angry at myself for not just letting it go.
