Stay away from downtown if you have loud pipes.

I read an article about this today, it stated that loud exhausts have not been proven to add any safety for motorcyclist, which I think is bullshit. hopefully cops use there discretion and don't just hand out tickets for every loud vehicle they see, but if an asshole decides he wants to rev the shit out of his bike for attention then by all means

Also I lost my brother's apartment keys LOL. Probably left a pocket open or something. Got a very, very lenient ticket on the way back. One of those days...

ooh I didn't see anything fall on the way back. Your duc is pretty quick I'm sure it didn't take you to long to get back up there.

Also the movie Fastest is on utube now

Taken from IMBD: "In true cinematic fashion, Fastest is a maximum speed, full length film capturing the thrilling, terrifying reality of MotoGP racing."

Spoiler!

OMG I know where the keys are.

I saw a flash and something small and metal bounce from you bike as we were leaving Squamish for Whistler. I just assumed it was something your bike kicked up not something you dropped.

I checked the video ... based on my memory you lost them within 5 minutes of getting back on the hwy when we were heading north from Squamish. I specifically remember seeing something metal flash and bounce but thought it was kicked up from your bike - I even remember thinking about whether Jas saw it too. I'll watch the video later and see if I can identify the exact location.

I saw on Twitter today that there was an extremely bad motorcycle accident today in Lions Bay ..... Some photos on Twitter show what was left of the bikes. Given that it's a 60km zone I'm not clear on what happened. They brought a helicopter in to lift out the victim(s). Hoping nobody was seriously hurt .... Anybody hear anything?

One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday on the Sea to Sky Highway near Lion’s Bay.

RCMP Staff Sgt. Brian Cumming said traffic was backed up on the highway while emergency crews landed the air ambulance shortly after 11:30 a.m. He said a motorcycle driver had lost control and crashed into the meridian.

Cumming said the highway has since reopened to single lane north and south traffic.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

The motorcycle driver was flown to hospital in an air ambulance with serious internal injuries, Cumming said.

An investigation into what happened continues.
