Mesh gear is great in the summer.
Look for something that has a liner for the morning. When I leave around 630 in the morning it's still pretty cold. But on the way home in the afternoon it's perfect.
i dread seeing the temp go up to 100C just cause the fan kicks in and all that hot air gets blown out by my calf area. high 20C ambient temp + hot air blown + wearing jeans = dead.
stop and go kills me lol. it seems forever before the fan shuts off (which is when i usually start going again)
A friend from my scooter community is looking for people to sign up for 1st gear.. Automatically $25 off($679.99). $50 off if they get 4 or more people interested.
Call Pacific Riding school as well.
I know they gave group discounts in the past.

1st Gear also does beginning of the year specials. I only paid $599 for my February 26th to March 1st course. The early February classes were even cheaper -- $499, but they were sold out before I pulled the trigger.
Pacific Riding School has deals too at their booth at the motorcycle show in January.
just got out of the hospital, dude ran a stop sign and i hit him straight on at 60km/hr. flipped and flew about 2 car lengths. broken and cracked arm wouldve been way worse if i wasnt wear gear, i hit my head HARD no idea how i wasnt knocked out. dont cheap out on a helmet i guess
sorry for bad grammar typing with one arm

speedy recovery EmOne. glad you're ok enough to be up and typing. with time, the bike can be replaced.
and god damn z3ger, i hope you had your visor down when that happened lol. curious, how fast where you going for that to happen? i would assume with city speeds, that bugger would have just bounced right off.
If you are interested in trading stock pipe for my Yoshi R77D, lemme know.
I'm looking for stealth ninjaness as I leave home early mornings and feel bad waking up the neighbourhood, and my version of the stock pipe is as ugly as a giant burnt tater tot on a pipe.
Ohhhhhh I never even thought about the rain and the meet.... Work is letting me get there for 9am to support until the end but I may have to find a ride if it rains.
