yah dude, those tire compounds aren't made for borderline freezing temperatures lol. just be glad you have ABS because if you stabbed the front brakes on another bike you'd be on the ground before you knew it. ride safe.

trying to decide what to do with this bike. keep it as a daily rider and just enjoy it? or start trying to make it mint again. one is free, the other costs money. if i eventually looked at a new bike i dont think it would even be a 600cc. any sportbike can outperform me

the icon airmada helmets are pretty old, they're painted HJC's fyi.
the face shield has a really good seal, not sure on the fitment shape though.
my friend has had one for a good while. he seems to like it enough.

I love the look of them. But then go try some on.... Trying to get your head into the helmet is FUCKING ridiculous. Then once it's on it feels loose as hell

I was rear ended on my scooter last night. Very minor, was waiting to turn right onto Hwy 97 and there wasn't going to be a break in traffic for another fives seconds, when I noticed a VW Golf coming behind me, the driver was only looking left and rolled into my bike.

Sadly, about the same time, a fatal motorcycle accident in Vernon occurred on Hwy 97...

Thanks guys, I'm ok. The scooter took the brunt of things including cracked fender and rear body piece.

Anyone have there rear shock revalved/resprung? I was looking at it as a more cost effective way to redo the rear suspension of my bike, it's less then half the price of replacing the shock. I don't track my bike so I don't know if I would benefit that much from buying after market assuming the improvement on having the old one redone is decent.

The stock suspension on this bike is pretty bad as is made worse even worse by the fact that I weight over 230 pounds.
