And remember to practice your u-turn. Stalling is also no bueno on the test and your feet should never touch the road unless you are coming to a stop or stopped. Also don't use your feet to push the bike forward when you accelerate.

^

One foot down when stopped, the other should be on the rear brake.

When you come to a stop and accidentally put both feet down (it happens), lift up your left foot and start pressing down on the shifter to make sure you are in first gear. You won't get hit with any points for having both feet down.

dont put your bike in N for stop lights and stop signs.

SHOULDER CHECK, BETWEEN ALL LANE POSITIONS SHOULDER CHECK FOR EVERY CHANGE.

Its idiotic IMO because if you are in the left lane and the safest theoretical position. For you to turn on to a dedicated left turn lane and then turn left you literally have to shake your head harlem shake style, which personally I find way more fucking dangerous.

I was lucky, the guy said he knew I can ride so he will pass me, but for the times I didnt shoulder check between lane positions he could fail me.

^as z3german said, shoulder checks are very important. Rule of thumb is, for every lane position change, lane change. stop, go. You shoulder check BEFORE moving an inch.

show confidence in riding, and the key is to show that you are observant of your surroundings. Make a habit to scan around whenever possible, and make it known (to the examiner) at the critical points, you ARE paying attention ie . intersections.

and, well.. relax. Pretend they are not behind you. Don't worry about getting the license on the first try, it would be nice but don't stress out over that. Just do the best you can and ride the best and safest you can.

Remember, relax, observe, ride safe with confidence. Should be a shoo in. Good luck!

Tape some reflective tape on the back of your helmet right in the center. Gives the examiner a more distinct visual cue if you are moving your head and stuff.
