DPS did way too wrong
 

Result of my ticket is
1. DPS void the ticket without apologization.
2. CBC new exposure DPS parking on air because we don't want any innocent victims involved in the future. We need a peace society.

The situation
It is friday and a long weekend. I went to Wo Fung Noodle Express for dinner which is located 190-8400 on Alexandra Road, Richmond, BC. I parked my car and put my dash camera on parking mode. I ordered a bowl of noodle, 3 piece deep fried chicken wing, and a iced 7up. When I come out the restaurant, I took a cigarette and talked to my friend in a STI. I saw a guy was taking picture for my car, and then he left a ticket on my car. I was like WTF he is doing.

Me: Why did you leave a ticket on my car?
DPS bitch: This is not your car, the owner of the car is a fat guy.
Me:How do you know?This is my car. (I just turn on the alarm.)
DPS bitch: If you can show me the receipt, I will voild your ticket.
Me: OK, I will go back to restaurant and get it.
DPS: OK
I went in Wo Fung noodle house and then come out.
Me: here is the one.
DPS bitch: I can't void your ticket because you park over limit time.
Me: I just stayed in the restaurant for 20 minutes. ( at that time I think I am pissed off.)
DPS bitch: didn't say anything.

I will definitly go exposure this kind of dirty things.
I took my receipt and ticket.
I think I am one of victims from today. The guys still kept handing out tickets to other vehicles.

Receipt from Wo Jung ( It doesn't matter it doesn't show time) I got witness cell phone number in restaurant to prove me I am there. Even dash cam caught I enter the restaurant.

The video showed I entered Wo Fung Noodle Express.
From this video you can tell the ticket time 19:04.
I entered the restaurant is 18:39. I parked properly in a non-reserved, no handicap parking stall.

DPS bitch hand out ticket to the wrong person. Before he handed to me, he handed out several tickets to other vehicles already.
I was smoking after my dinner, just right behind him. I though he was some one flyers sender.

After that, I went back in the restaurant to get my receipt.

19:13 is the time I left 8400 Alexandra Road, Richmond, BC. I only took 30+minutes to stay in the parking ( time limit is 2 HRS)

wow last friday me and my friends were also eating there and my friend got ticketed by DPS saying he left the lot... damn crooks

These guys are getting out of hand. I wonder if theres any government service we can bring our concerns to. Or else these guys are just crooks and scammers.

Maybe it is a turbo timer keeping the car running.

All it takes is one time for these DPS bitches to ticket the wrong person.

The fucked up part is,they have all the excuses down packed to give the person a ticket.

I guess this is another story to tell CBC on tuesday eh? Get these Diamond Parking fools shut down or something i dont want to see them in business ever again.

who cares...if i showed that dickhead evidence that i didn't break any of the rules and he still wanted to give me a ticket then i would just rip the ticket and throw it at his fat face. its not like its going to hurt my credit or anything. life is too short to have some clown ruin your day...

i got a ticket at the same lot a few years back before they had the DPS signage at the lot...
they threatened me that it would goto collections and hurt my credit, i called back and told them there were no DPS signs at the lot with picture proof, and to basically go fuck themselves.
never paid it, and they never called back

Seems like the DPS guy has a small peen and is seeking some.. uh, idk what you call it, but wants to feel better lol. Dick. Never had to deal with DPS yet, but having them out of business seems like a good thing.

Seems like dps are monitoring more lots than before.

Went to maks noodle yesterday and noticed they had a section that was monitored by dps which I never seen before. The signs were all new, it limited customers to 1 hr.

And now I see my main bank branch using dps...Everytime I make a deposit, I had to register my plates.

My fiance's workplace lot uses them too...has this big sign that says "dps cares"... "if your car breaks down or needs assistance or jumpstart dps will assist, if you parked in their lot as paid customer."
Fxck that! I rather fix my car myself otherwise they break something and blame me hahahah

I've been ticketed in this lot by DPS as well. Those mother fuckers are worthless pieces of shit. Everytime a car goes in and parks they see it as an opportunity to ticket them and make some cash. This lot has problems for sure.

Tell them to PULL UP the picture that was taken at the lot.

Show them Wo Fung's receipt and the (chick/lady) will google street view it.

After they match the address to Wo Fung's lot (8400 block of Alexandra)

They will void your ticket.

In case you were wondering where exactly the headoffice is.... It's between DQ and Zakkushi, enter from the back and go downstairs straight to the office.

This has happened to me and they voided it... just an annoyance.


** Also last time they wrote that I was @ the lot of Kingsway (he forgot to change his machine back to Richmond) which was easier to fight my case since he didn't even get the correct lot and streetview proved that it was in Richmond not Kingsway.

But there has been more than 10 x I have heard this incident so it should be easily to be resolved.
