Wow, Harvin, Wilson, Beastmode, Rice and Legion of Doom Defense, can't wait for next season to begin

The Seahawks and Vikings have agreed to a trade that send Harvin to Seattle for draft picks, pending Harvin passing a physical

SkinnyPupp 03-11-2013 09:21 AM

Huh, will definitely have to read about Harvin later. Out of all the games I watched last season (3-5 per week) I rarely got a chance to watch a Vikings game (so yeah I missed out on AP completely). I do follow the Seahawks so this is interesting! They are in need of a good WR, imo

Sherman just makes me hate the Seahawks more..hopefully niners can sign revis...Seahawks vs niners will be a great rivalry

Harvin is an exciting player, can line up anywhere on the field, speed to burn, deep threat, dangerous punt returner, deadly lining up in back field too, amazing slot receiver too making short passes into long gains.

Seahawks offense will be exciting to watch with Wilson, Harvin, Lynch, Rice and Tate

With Tom Brady taking a pay cut on his contract extension, the Patriots have the salary cap to spend to sign players. -still no wide receiver to be a deep threat on offense.

Come on Patriots, reload the offense! The Seahawks are scary on offense, as well as defence. NFC champs?

-would love to see watch a Seahawks and 49ers rematch in for the NFC champioship.

bballguy 03-11-2013 11:19 AM

Harvin is sick...Arguably the toughest guy in the league to take down after the catch.

MGM Grand Sports book this morning had the Niners and Seahawks both at 5 to 1 favorites as Superbowl winners.

BCLC's Playnow still has Seahawks at 11 to 1, threw down a bet.

murd0c 03-12-2013 07:49 AM

With adding Harvin I'm not surprised at all. Can't wait to see him live next year.

SkinnyPupp 03-12-2013 08:33 AM

I...

umm

Baltimore Ravens trade Anquan Boldin to San Francisco 49ers for 6th Round pick

:QQ: :QQ: :QQ: :QQ: :QQ:

7seven 03-12-2013 08:37 AM

Theres speculation Ed Reed will be signing with Niners too. Going to be so odd watching the Ravens D without Lewis and Reed, though over the last couple years its really been Suggs and Ngata as the key guys, still will be an adjustment with no Lewis and possibly Reed.

SkinnyPupp 03-12-2013 09:00 AM

Don't remind me :heckno:

Long time Ravens fans keep telling me to trust Ozzie, so I will. But still, Anquan was one of my faves :QQ:

murd0c 03-12-2013 09:48 AM

he leared of the trade through text when his plane landed in Africa, talk about a shitty way to find out you have been traded especially to the team you beat in the super bowl. He's happy tho talk about a great situtation he was put in.

SkinnyPupp 03-12-2013 10:07 AM

Yeah they definitely let him down the right way. A shittier team would have just dumped him, for the Chiefs to pick up or whatever.

Still sucks though :(

dinamix 03-12-2013 10:49 AM

San Fran and Seattle have quaarterbacks getting paid entry level contracts.they can make these moves because they have extra money to play with .

San Fransisco ravens
Seattle Vikings

Lol

SkinnyPupp 03-12-2013 08:37 PM

"Ravens linebacker Dannell Ellerbe reaches agreement in principle with Miami Dolphins, per a league source with knowledge of deal"

Oh for the people wondering "will they keep Elerbe, or Kruger?" Kruger signed with Cleveland.

:ohgodwhy:

Seriously WTF?

murd0c 03-13-2013 07:50 AM

Ravens win Super Bowl time to rebuild now :)

SkinnyPupp 03-13-2013 07:56 AM

This is seriously fucked! Everyone keeps saying trust the GM he's good... but wtf is the point of calling yourself a team if all the most recognizable players are gone at once?

murd0c 03-13-2013 08:02 AM

They are a older team that has to rebuild and they know it. They are honestly very lucky to win the Super Bowl the past year because everything lined up perfect and so unexpected. In a way it's a smart move even tho I understand the frustration right now.

SkinnyPupp 03-13-2013 08:16 AM

Ellerbe: 27
Kruger: 27
Boldin: 32
Pollard: 28

Boldin, I get it... sort of but not really... But I wouldn't consider 27 old... unless it is considered old in their positions. Ray Lewis is old. Ed Reed at 34 is kind of old...

I just really hope Ozzie can pull something off, and at least have an excited team for me to root for next season. Because it just sucks having all these recognizable guys disappear. If they cut or trade Jacoby Jones I dunno...

murd0c 03-13-2013 09:24 AM

Boldin has been really hit and miss the last couple of years so I personally think its a good move.

bballguy 03-13-2013 09:38 AM

Boldin has been pretty whatever, just showed up big this playoffs...and it's true, I'm a Ravens fan too, but I don't know how they pulled it off this year....They do need to be in rebuild mode. Oh well, still got our Seahawks!

bballguy 03-13-2013 11:04 AM

Mike Wallace signs with Dolphins; Bush signs with Detroit; Mendy signs with Cards; Welker in 'serious' talks with Denver...ruh roh...

SkinnyPupp 03-13-2013 11:08 AM

True I only watched this season... On one hand, Boldin was a beast who made amazing passes in heavy coverage. On the other hand, that means he didn't do a very good job getting out of coverage :fuckthatshit:
