Chiefs games are SO much more fun to watch when the refs are willing to call holding

Unreal ... it looks like KC is dominating in every area but then now Philly pulls ahead on the scoreboard. That stadium is nutz but Hurts is so composed. 2 really quality teams!

Good lord what a game! Someone must have torn up the "Mahomes runs for a 24 yard first down while his O line holds everyone" script! He even got the fake RTP call lol

2023 Chiefs just has no reliable weapons on offense.. Even Kelce had some very un-clutch moments.

Called it .. no Tay Tay Swift in KC's house = L. But Swift was a factor in the win ... for Philly. D'Andre Swift.

Great MNF game, certainly lived up to the hype. Made up for a crappy Sunday of games. Good for Philly!

So KC is 7-3 and Cleveland is 7-3 .. ??!!

Turnover on downs

Chiefs shut out in the 2nd half 3 games in a row now

WOW. Did not expect this to happen mid season. Maybe not the best OC out there, but he had to work around having one of the worst QBs in the league other than Zach Wilson. You could tell that the schemes were all designed around his limitations. He didn't trust Pickett AT ALL to operate the offense.

I guess last game's performance was the last straw. Most people would say: 'What took so long?'

The crazy thing is this is the first time the Steelers have fired a coach in the middle of a season since 1941! That's part of why it took so long! And the fact that they actually did it tells you how bad things really are. This might be more of a 'culture' firing than performance though. We shall see if Kenny improves from here.

Wow more shocking news! Before Roquan came along, this was the guy I always thought was "born to be a Raven".

Looks like someone else will get him, even though he hasn't really been the same since the back injury

Byron Leftwich is a natural choice as OC.

Thanksgiving games! They all went as I expected. First game was the best, with Green Bay, who have been playing well lately, taking it to the Lions at home. We're halfway through the season now, so we know the teams that have good records against bad teams, and the Lions are on the top of that list. Along with the Dolphins, Bills, and Cowboys

Speaking of Cowboys, they played another bad team, and won as expected. Commandos made a bit a game out of it for a while.. Well not really, but they were hanging on for a bit, at least. That was a rough watch, with Nantz and Romo having no interest in the game itself, nor did the fans it seemed. Very quiet, boring game

And among the teams that beat up good teams (Ravens, Eagles, 49ers) we had another embarrassing beatdown of Seattle.. Well mostly. Like the Commandos, they tried to hang on and make a game out of it. Defense played well, except for some weak tackling.

Tua and Purdy are going to throw with great anticipation, so you HAVE to delay their targets at the line. Bracketing them won't work.

Much of the credit for the 49ers win also goes to their defense. Geno Smith got sacked six times. Their defense has only given up 23 points in their last 3 games.

The 49ers are more than just Purdy and their offence.

A big test for the 49ers is their next game. A road game against the Eagles on December 3rd.

Oh for sure. Without great defense, I'm sure the Seahawks would have been able to mount a comeback. Ward had Metcalf locked down, Warner was flying everywhere, and the front wreaked havoc on poor Geno.

Watching the last 6 minutes now.. This is one of the worst games I've ever watched. Jets look a lot better in this quarter though. Dinking and dunking with Boyle could work to win them a game or two by the end of the season. If they're in the hunt, Rodgers could come back, but I'd be worried about him behind this o line

Dolphins don't look so hot either, but it's a divisional game and those are always weird that way

And yet another torn Achilles on this turf

Broncos hottest team in the league!

Edit: OK it's the Eagles. But still! It's close!

I've never seen a team so "fortunate" when it comes to things going their way, since the Brady Patriots. All season long they "find a way to win" while getting these breaks. SO much success comes down to luck. Not just bad calls, but injuries, bounces, etc.

That was some of the worst football I've watched in years, trash and the outcome was deserved. Dobbs can run, stop that and make him read a defence and throw an accurate ball and he's fucked.

Back to square one, at this point might as well just sit JJ for the rest of the season and let Jaren Hall take the rock and see what he can do.

One shining star is the Defence, it's kept them in games all year long. it's just too bad that Hunter is probably signing somewhere else and Flores is likely gone next year if he gets a Head Coach offer somewhere so that will also be back to the drawing board.

They were going to go with Hall in the first place, but he got hurt... So if he's healthy again, he SHOULD be better than Dobbs overall. At least they think he had more potential.

Dobbs had that great game, but he's still a perennial backup who keeps getting traded. He's going to have disaster performances like that. Still a great guy and a good backup to have. You just don't want him starting too often.

Defense was great for like 98% of the game. Got too soft in the end though.. Even the most aggressive DCs have that tendency.
