Love Joe forever, but... Best of luck. |
NFL news: https://www.nfl.com/news/cardinals-w...to-be-released Ertz asked the Cardinals to release him. Meanwhile, Vonn Miller has an outstanding arrest warrant on him for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman. What do the Bills fans, the Mafia, think about this latest news about one of their players? https://www.nfl.com/news/arrest-warr...of-a-pregnant- |
Von hasn't done a thing since coming back, so it seems like he's cooked anyway. So I think Bills fans were ready to be done with him even before this. Now? Good luck getting on a roster outside the Browns What's up with NFL players and beating up pregnant women? |
This is fucken BRUTAL KEKW https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GAOshyWWoAAn0py.jpg This has to be the first time a COACH was the featured star of a game promo graphic, right? |
Surprisingly good game tonight between Cowboys and Seahawks! Lots of offense on both sides. But Dallas cannot lose this at home on a Thurs night game if they want to be seen as a contender in the NFC. |
Good game but refs are ruining it. For some reason all these phantom calls are favoring the Cowboys, except that missed head shot by Diggs that will certainly be fined. Cowboys would have 17 points rn instead of 30 if not for some awful penalties This is the Cowboys' 3rd opponent all season that is any good. The other two (49ers, Eagles) have been losses, and this is going to be close as well. |
Good to see a TD drive that wasn't based solely on penalties, but the other two kind of take the fun out of it. Should be 35-23 now. |
The Official *NFL* thread Seahawks played hard tonight. Geno and Metcalf provided the offence. Cowboys are undefeated at home for the past thirteen games. Tonight’s win against Seattle is no surprise. What is a surprise is that Seattle scored 35 points in this game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Fuck that retro Seahawks jersey is NICE. Somewhat reminds me of the Canucks jersey, actually. They should make it their home jersey going forward. |

I hate the silver pants though. My god, silver pants look awful no matter who wears them. Seahawks, Cowboys, Raiders, Patriots, whoever. DansGame |
I agree, I can't stand the silver pants in any uniform, I'm not even a fan of white pants unless the whole uniform is white. Much bigger fan of the color rush versions of the jerseys, blue on blue, or green on green look the best. https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/Zd...5c4c2d420f72fc This is still my favorite of the bunch. |
The Official *NFL* thread 49ers kick the Eagles butt. Wow. Statement game. Purdy and Deebo played great. San Fran beats up the Cowboys and the Eagles. Impressive. This game had an edge to it. Greenlaw with the excessive contact on the Eagles WR. Refs screwed up. Should have called a personal foul on Greenlaw. Then the Eagles assistant O line coach Di Sandro pushes Greenlaw. Greenlaw makes the bonehead move and pokes that guy haha. If Greenlaw gets the disqualification, should there also be a penalty on Di Sandro for pushing Greenlaw? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
What a finish in Lambeau field! KC gets so many calls going their way (hit on MaHome was clean!) but when there was actually a defensive pass interference in that last drive, they didn't call it. But in the end, Packers win, they deserved that. The other surprise was how badly 49'ers defeated the Eagles ... at home. Should be good when they meet each other in the Conference Final. Can't think of any other interesting games apart from the above 2. |
Yes, the Packers were the better team today in their win against the Chiefs. That was a blatant missed call on the Packers for pass interference. DB wants a piggy back ride hahaha. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...2ae28edf5d.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
This one ... clean hit! Since this happened before the no DPI call, maybe it was the NFL version of a 'makeup' call?? |
Crazy bunch of games today! I watched Red Zone for the 1pm games, so I got to see a lot of really awful games in awful weather. Saints made it interesting for a while there, but the Lions took the game back. The Jameson Williams goal line crossing is one of the best you'll see. Broncos/Texans was pretty exciting too. Unfortunately the Broncos winning streak came to an end. Then I watched the Eagles/49ers game and that was highly entertaining and came across like a "big game". Hilarious that the head of security for the Eagles got removed from the sideline. I thought the 49ers were crumbling under the pressure, but they just stuck to the system and it started working. What a team, and amazingly they are staying perfectly healthy this year. On defense it looks like they didn't bother pressuring Hurts and just kept everyone covered and let him hold the ball. Eagles have been winning close, sloppy played games lately, so they were bound to lose one. Cowboys next week should be fun! And thankfully that broadcast never bothered telling us about the other games going on, so I got to watch Joe Flacco and the Brownies unspoiled. Flacco can still fucken spin it man, I was highly impressed. He looked way fresher than he did with the Jets. For some reason their defense started to stink though. Good for me, because I get to cheer on Flacco, but his team loses, which I still prefer KEKW Like I said, the Packers are putting it together lately, and I am not too surprised they beat the Chiefs (and I called them beating the Lions last week too). The refs tried to give Mahomes the win, but they were denied. DPI is getting harder to call lately, and there were some other plays that would have been fouls earlier in the season but aren't now, including the one you guys mentioned, and another in the Eagles game, and one in the Brownies game. That's just how it is - inconsistent. Maybe it was a makeup call for missing the Mahomes penalty, who knows. They also screwed up when a Chiefs player went out of bounds going away from the end zone, which should keep the clock running. If they ruled forward progress, that should also keep the clock running. Nobody wanted to make predictions, but I like my Packers prediction after that SeemsGood |
^ I don't mind seeing the Packers enjoy some success with Love now that Rodgers is gone! So far, Love seems to be an even keeled likeable player. |

Amazing unselfish play by guys who often just close their eyes and go after the QB as hard as they can. 49ers coaching is impeccable. |
The Official *NFL* thread What an overtime game on Monday Night Football! Costly holding penalty on the Jaguars rookie Harrison. That penalty negated a big first down for Jacksonville. They could have won the game in OT. That ankle sprain injury for Trevor Lawrence is awful news for the Jags. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Crazy game but I had a bad feeling after Lawrence got hurt, and it never really went away. Jags defense played so passively for Browning, and once the Bengals realized it and let him take what was given, he did great. Even though my team is competing with the Jags for the #1 seed, this was still really sad to watch That hold cost them the game, that really sucks. Not much of a hold either - you see tackles block with the exact same technique all the time. Pass rusher threw up his hands and did a great job of baiting the call. |
Will Rourke be put on active roster and back up Beathard? Logic would say that should be the move. |
They say it's a high ankle sprain, and will know where he's at in a couple days... Maybe he doesn't even miss a game! |
Well that sure was a shit game. Except somehow the Patriots looked like they had a functional offense for like a quarter.. Thank god they scored during that time, because it would have been a travesty if the Steelers got to 8-5. They've played like a 2 win team all year but somehow have 7 fucking wins, and almost stole this one too. Ugh WutFace |
^ rarely do we agree 100% but in this case, yes! Watching that was a waste of 2.5-3 hrs of my life. Steelers offense is still the shitz ... no matter WHO is at QB. But what is #10, like a $10M backup ... damn! |
