$60M over 3 years ($44m guaranteed). More than a fair deal; other teams would have offered more, but he wanted to stay. He didn't specifically say, but I think it's because (through no fault of his) he was unable to deliver for half of his first contract.

insane but this might be a deal compared to the Prescott deal in Cowboys. At least with Allen, you'll get to taste playoffs.
As for Miles Garrett, good ... the more stupid deals Browns do, the more they will remain in the cellar/purgatory and never get into the upper echelon. Watson is also returning on a reworked/restructured contract.

New England signed the #1 free agent in Milton Williams. Defensive end Williams signed a four
year contract for 26 million.

I believe in Darnold, and I don't think 2 bad games cancel out a great season otherwise.
