Browner now saying he won't bargain with NFL at all, and will fight to get them to drop the suspension completely. After that, I'm sure he will sue

Coles notes goes:

-He failed for weed, went to CFL
-While in CFL, NFL were still sending him drug tests
-Since he didn't complete these tests, they all counted as fails.
-When (I guess) he finally did fail a test, since he "failed" all his previous tests, he was to get a 1 year suspension

This obviously affects his ability to get hired by a team next year, which would be his case to sue
