No brainer, they were so deep in the Carolina zone and up by I think 10 at the time? You're having trouble moving the ball on offense, if you get the first you have a great shot at 7. Even if they didn't get it they had Carolina backed up and there Defense was playing lights out. It didn't matter as the holding negated it but it's honestly an easy decision IMO.

If Denver wins, I don't want to hear a thing about Manning who is playing horrible. It's all about the defense
