If Newton wasn't so shaky it would probably be 14-3 right now

Ronin 02-07-2016 03:30 PM

LOL that's about as hard and obvious a facemask as I've ever seen.

ae101 02-07-2016 03:31 PM

holy shit that face mask and touchdown

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 03:34 PM

Cam Newton woke up!

pastarocket 02-07-2016 03:34 PM

Talib's stupid penalties are helping the Panthers get back into the game. :lawl:
What a dumbass!

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 03:44 PM

That was a good challenge even though it was a few yards. Carolina is taking over this game, Riverboat Ron could sense it

ae101 02-07-2016 03:48 PM

wtf is up with panthers defense lol

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 03:50 PM

Not a fair catch 4Head

ae101 02-07-2016 03:53 PM

can't believe Broncos would go for the 4th down

ae101 02-07-2016 03:58 PM

damn it another turn over

pastarocket 02-07-2016 05:00 PM

The field goal is....no good! :lawl:

No brainer, they were so deep in the Carolina zone and up by I think 10 at the time? You're having trouble moving the ball on offense, if you get the first you have a great shot at 7. Even if they didn't get it they had Carolina backed up and there Defense was playing lights out. It didn't matter as the holding negated it but it's honestly an easy decision IMO.

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 05:32 PM

If Denver wins, I don't want to hear a thing about Manning who is playing horrible. It's all about the defense

Of course that's not going to happen, because Peyton Manning is the only thing that matters to sports media.

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 06:33 PM

They didn't bother mentioning it on the broadcast but Von Miller was the MVP. Thankfully it was decided by fans! FeelsGoodMan

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 06:39 PM

Talib even managed to ruin the trophy handoff FailFish

pastarocket 02-07-2016 06:48 PM

-well deserved MVP in Vonn Miller. He made Newton have a miserable Superbowl.

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 07:07 PM

Meanwhile...

Beast Mode is retiring?

SkinnyPupp 02-07-2016 07:25 PM

That's been the rumor, and that tweet all but confirms it. Even though he's pretty much in his prime, dude is beat up, hasn't blown his NFL money, and can retire comfortably with his brain intact. I think this is will be more common - watch Megatron do the same thing

punkwax 02-07-2016 09:23 PM

Lost $150 tonight but wanted Peyton to win anyway so I'm happy. Hard to think of anyone else who deserves to go out on top like him. Class guy.

Great game by Miller and the Denver front 7. I had a $50 bet on Panthers SB win from week 16 that would have paid out $310, but I'm happier Denver won just because I don't like Cam. Placed a bet on Von Miller being SB MVP that cashed, figured if Denver would win it would be due to D, but I thought Carolina would win, glad I was wrong.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/cam-new...070021525.html

Cam is such a bitch, this is exactly why people don't like you Cam, not because you are black as you seem to think and go playing the race card. Acting like an arrogant, self-entitled clown, show boating non-stop, posing for group selfies on the sideline while the game is still going on, but the minute things don't go your way you either throw tantrums or act like a moody little brat, no class. This losing with no class, poor loser, sulking, selfish attitude is how he has been his whole career before his team had some success this year, going back to his Auburn days.

[VINE]i1vBEbmn7Ue[/VINE]

Unbelievable he bitched out of trying to recover his fumble when his team still had a shot only being down 6 points, who does that and in the Superbowl too  No heart and scared, this is the same Cam we all saw before this season, even back when he self admittedly quit baseball as a teen because he was scared of getting hit by the baseball in the batters box haha.

SkinnyPupp 02-08-2016 06:25 AM

That hesitation, I don't even know what he's thinking there :fulloffuck:

I'm not going to jump on the Cam hatewagon, I think he's a phenom and obviously cocky. I like players who are cocky that can back it up. Unfortunately for him, Denver had all the answers for this game.

The pouting and that fumble are pretty bad I gotta say. Will he grow from this? Guess we'll find out next season. Denver was shit on even worse 2 years ago and came back to win it. I wonder if the Panthers could do the same?

This is the same Newton who is the league MVP? The brotha has no heart to face adversity. No heart!

Deion Sanders was 100% correct in criticizing Newton for leaving the post game conference abruptly. What a douche for not being able to face defeat.

I know, he lost the Superbowl. How can he act like a professional in such a terrible emotional state?

It's too bad for him. When the Panthers win, he does that stupid Superman dance and "dabbing". When the team loses the biggest game of the season, he cannot face the media.

Boo hoo! True leaders rise up and use this defeat to be extra motivated to work even harder and lift up their team mates.

The entire team is looking for Newton for leadership and this clown sulks and acts like a baby.

Hopefully, this 26 year old crybaby can learn from this and become a mature leader for the Panthers.

I laughed pretty hard when the TSN analysts interviewed Aquib Talib and asked him about Newton.

Talib just said Newton is probably covering himself with a towel and crying. :lawl:

Cam, suck it up and get yourself and your team even better for next season!!

7seven 02-08-2016 07:46 AM

Cam is talented and physically gifted no doubt, but at the same time a egomaniac, delusional self-entitled douchebag with no class who can't handle things when things don't go his way. I don't think anyone is doubting his talents, just his attitude and personality.
