I agree with your first sentence. But JT was a bit of a bore, nowhere close to 'killing' it!

I was 99% sure Gronk was going to catch that Hail Mary, followed by a 2 point conversion to tie... SO NICE that it didn't happen for once. God damn

I agree the Timberlake show was boring. No big guests, no stunts or set pieces.. Just music, which would be good if the music was something other than pop. Prince tribute was nice though

Jimmy G is worth it. He took literally one of the worst teams in the league on a 5 game win streak, giving them 6 wins on the season

Foles won't be worth a huge contract IMO. It was just a great playoff run. Like Flacco, he'll return to normal during the regular season.

The Seahawks make a trade with the Superbowl champs today:

Seattle acquires Marcus Johnson and 5th round pick

Philadelphia acquires Michael Bennett and 7th round pick

Seahawks trading DE Michael Bennett to Eagles - NFL.com

The Seahawks will look very different for this upcoming season without Bennett and Sherman. Sherman said that he is gonna play in Seattle in 2018.

I think you meant to say "Sherman said that he is not going to play in Seattle in 2018"

It's going to be so weird watching the Seahawks without Sherman and Bennett I wonder if Earl will even play, he keeps talking about retirement.

-very interesting stories on NFL.com about Vikings management trying to gauge Drew Brees' interest in joining Minnesota.

No Minneapolis Miracle for Case Keenum to be the number 1 QB?

Vikings call Drew Brees to inquire about interest - NFL.com

-amazing athletes performed at the NFL Combine last week. Saquon Barkley is a beast!

As a Vikings fan Brees or Cousins is an upgrade, Brees gives them the best chance to win right now Cousins gives them an OK chance right now but obviously is much younger. I wouldn't be mad if they signed either one.

Most likely Bridgewater will be the backup and Keenum will be moving on unless they can't sign Cousins or Brees in which case they'll have to make him an offer if he's still available. I don't blame them for not franchising him, would have cost to much money and he's probably played the best season he'll ever play I'm pretty sure that was his ceiling.

IMO Keenum was a one time thing. Just the right guy in the right system at the right time.

Foles will be the same way. They played around him SO MUCH, and thankfully they only had to do it for two games, and it worked practically to perfection.

Cousins signs with the Vikings. 3 year, 86 million.
Kirk Cousins likely to sign with Vikings on 3-year deal - NFL.com

My Patriots wanted Amendola to take a paycut so Danny decided to leave for South Beach. Good move for him to play for the Dolphins instead of staying with the Pats.

Brees signs 2 year, 50 million deal with the SAints.

Keenum is expected to sign with the Broncos.

Bradford is signing a 1 year, 20 million deal with the Cards.

Ex-Vikes QB Bridgewater is working on a deal with the Jets.

Jordy Nelson to the Raiders, who drop Crabtree... That's a downgrade IMO

Crabtree would be a good fit on the Ravens, hope they can sign him

He likes to party, although he's been one of the most productive receivers ever early in his career I can see him letting shit outside football get to him and hurt his production on the field, especially because he has so much guaranteed and all those endorsements. It doesn't help that Eli isn't what he was, I hope I'm wrong because I'd like to see him keep it up but I don't see it.

Holy crap Raiders fans must be on suicide watch today. Trade away Mack because they don't want to pay him, trade a draft pick for AJ McCarron, then release Martavis Bryant who they traded a draft pick for. Gruden, what is doing bby??
