New Compustar 'SLICE' remotes are in stock!

A lot of people have been asking about the new super slim and really cool 'Slice' remotes by Compustar. Well, wait no longer, we have them in stock!

From Compustar:
Fifteen years ago, Compustar put itself on the map with the debut of the SHF-2WR remote. With an LCD screen that instantly confirmed a vehicle's status, it was the first of many examples of Compustar's commitment to innovation and style.

Fast forward to today; and Compustar has taken another step forward with the release of the Slice. Slice, also referred to as the RF-2W940-SS, combines performance, power and beauty into a remote casing that has the entire automotive industry abuzz.

Yes, Slice can lock your doors and start your car from up to 4000 feet away. But what makes the Slice so special is its ultra-thin body that is less than 1/4" thick. The overall design of Slice is inspired by a growing demand for products that excel in both convenience and design.

Slice can be programmed to most Compustar remote start and security systems. It features 2-way confirmation, giving you instant confirmation of your vehicle's engine and lock status.

We will also be seeing a great new line-up of OEM style one way and two way remotes coming from Compustar very soon! Stay tuned for more details.

but only down side is no screen, which makes checking your vehicle status a bit more difficult? instead looking at the screen to see the vehicle, you have to press the button and wait for the result?

I guess this one is more for easier to carry around, but not a direct replacement of the 2 way pager?

Sure does Matt!
I was playing around with the remote today and I really want one for my new ride! it is a little limited as far as the two way stuff goes but its still very effective and 1/3rd the thickness of the standard two way remote. I have a feeling we're going to sell a lot of these!
