2006 Ninja 250 Selling a 2006 Ninja 250 that I took off my buddy's hands as he went back east for school. Very easy ride, forgiving bike. It's a blast to ride in the city, very agile and peppy. It has ample power to use in the city, don't underestimate it being a 250! It might not be the prettiest bike, but that hardly matters once you're riding. Great bike to keep for a season if you're starting out, or to keep as a cheap commuter. I don't know much about its history, but I'll tell you what I know: 1. It's a US import (as indicated on the registration papers); 2. It carries a rebuilt title; and 3. My friend bought it privately from a motorcycle mechanic who has his own shop in Campbell River. It currently has the upper fairings removed. There is some heat-mouldable plastic covering the sides, you can see it in the pictures. I have the upper fairings in my possession along with the original headlight and gauge cluster; they're all in good condition. 38,000km is the approximate mileage, calculated by adding both odometers together. It has stainless-steel brake lines installed, too. The chain needs adjustment, I haven't gotten around to doing it yet, busy with my own project. Asking $2200, but feel free to make an offer.
