Anyone know any ways around claiming warranty without a receipt through manufacturer?

bought a pair of 6k pumps 2 months ago @ sportchek, just today the holder snapped and ripped out from the studs (studs are still okay)... but sadly i lost my receipt, didn't buy them with a CC used cash..

anyone got any ideas on how i could claim warranty?
