This sounds like it will work in your favour if the buyer is trying to scam you by giving you his broken radar.

He's likely just lazy as fuck. For a CD-Key sale I don't see the problem with going by interac email money transfers. I haven't had a problem yet but then again I haven't done many transfers that weren't between distant family etc.
