Yeah ! Fucking buddy guy sucks.
You’re right about the tv being too high. Luckily I primarily use the media room TV and that one is only on playing lousy ass TVB for my wife when I’m cooking. It’s a good standing TV but not a great sitting tv because you gotta tilt your head like a retarded angle. 85 inches is pretty good size though. The cutout fits that perfectly.

That photo is before we moved it. It’s full of dog food and other garbage on the counter top now.
I live with a Guangdong fucker. How clean do you think my house can be ? 
They also demolished our old place… we been there for 16 years man. It’s sad to see it smashed.
Buddy guy is gonna put up a 3000+ sqft house and probably sell it for 3.5-4 mil.
If it’s decent looking I’m thinking of even moving back to our previous lot

Also, if it's a big deal, just buy a tv mount that lowers. The only thing I never understood is, how do you find a stud with that type of wall material?

At trump we hung like 200lb mirrors with back lighting and their frames completely suspended on the tile using these fancy hilti anchors
When you get heavy TV’s, heavy mounts, and want the TV 2 feet off the wall, that’s when you get issues

$1.5M is a lot? Buddy guys bought the shitbox across from my parents for $1.4M, put up box mansion with fake castle frontend entirely gated up to the sidewalk for $700k and sold for $2.6M... nice half mill profit minus borrowing and completion costs for a year that it took to put it up I guess.

This cougar a few doors down in my old condo that i was trying to pork had those "relax" "home" "grateful" "be our guest" signs littered all over her place.
