Totally what I was thinking. For a lot that big and a price that high I'd expect something that's an estate. A 6000sf main house with a 2000sf guesthouse/staff living quarters. Right now, you've got to really, really LOVE the acreage to pay that kind of money for it.

Pemberton is absolutely pristine.

half an hour for arguably the best year round resort in north America, and 2 hours from YVR. the grounds look amazing. The buildings are stunning.

going to daydream about this place for sure.

That Pemberton house is a very high quality build, you can tell from those pictures the type of detail that was taken in even the patio stones etc.
