Just my opinion, but if you're mobile, but want to stay close to the city, I think the Sunshine Coast is a better value than the island. Return fare ferry ride, 40 minutes and shorter highway drive to civilization, hospital, no traffic, community feel, and lots of properties with various income streams, such as studios or B&Bs.

9 units per floor and the biggest unit is only 907sqft. I love the big emphasis on patio size, I am guessing the developers figure you can put a bed and sleep beside the skytrain when you have guest over.

MTV Cribs 08-26-2015 12:16 PM

Got to put the embezzled money into something. What's better then 30 units in a single development? :troll:

Bank of Canada will cut interest rates again on Sept. 9, National Bank predicts | Financial Post

good for those who are on variable.

While Gululu was capitalizing on Vancouver being a great place to live, I also did my part to boost up property values even further by starting my flower garden:

For relaxing and living the dream:
Detached homes > condos

For partying and living the lifestyle:
Condos > detached homes

GLOW 08-26-2015 12:44 PM

This may sound stalker-ish but I was in your neighbourhood on Saturday evening and I think I saw you in a big hat, taking a picture of your car...

I used to live in that neighbourhood too and my kids were at the playground while I went to fill up at Chevron.

^ yah. gg in this case is literally as good game for those who are on variable.

heleu 08-26-2015 02:39 PM

lol. I always thought GG meant game over. Like after I used to lose a game of starcraft 2.

Spoon 08-26-2015 02:46 PM

GG has always meant Good Game :fulloffuck:

Also, prediction != truth.

Clearly my ambiguous use (perhaps mis-use) of 'gg' is confusing people. It was intended to give props for those on variable.

:lol

GG usually signals the end for the person receiving it.

So I say GG, it is almost always in a negative connotation.

Kind of like, "didn't study for the test... GG".
