Just inquired about insurance for an empty lot in the island. My insurance lender informed me they aren’t giving insurance for any new construction right now, and they aren’t the only ones. She said it was due to material supply and the following construction delays. Super interesting.
Anyhow, it didn’t apply to us as we aren’t planning on building for years but I hadn’t heard this until now.

Girl and agent made an appointment, showed up in an hour, I went to pick up my car from service, and they made an offer I couldn't refuse. Following up to that, I ended up putting an offer on a townhouse that was listed on the market for 7 days, and offer was accepted.
