I am the only person who ordered the glossifier by the 5 gallon pail. Glossifier isnt amazing either, it dries with a slight tacky feel forever. not smooth glossy like you would expect. It gives you a finish between glossy and semi glossy. not high gloss which some of you are expecting.
I dont know but I have done dozens of vehicles using many colours and variations of dilution ratios and every one who has chosen to remove to change colors over time, had no problems with removal or paint/surface problems. | how much would you charge for doing it?

I did my entire dodge ram 2500 diesel in plastidip back in march, still on there. A little faded, but holding strong otherwise.

Someone keyed my car a while back and it still hasn't rusted yet. But, I'm wondering if I cover it with a stripe of black, would the water/salt from winter leech through and rust the metal?

I did my emblems back in June. So far no peeling.
The plastidip does become more dull looking after it has been in the sun for awhile.
I was in the Kamloops area with strong sun all summer.

As in K2 Alphas case, would you peel and re-spray the emblem or just top it up with a fresh coat over top?

Spray the whole car for winter as a protective coat, then peel off in summer and you have your factory fresh paint job good as new.

Not a bad idea to spray your entire car for winter because plastidip protects your car against salt on the roads during winter.

Nice, how many coats and how long did it to dry in this weather? I've read you should wait about 30 minutes between coats?

^^ doesn't really matter how long since what you can do is to use a heat gun or heater fan to dry between each layer. Makes things much faster

Thanks...
My goal is to achieve this look for the front bumper and rear trunk chrome pieces on my 750i, I'm also going to do the side turn signals which have chrome trim. I seriously can't stand the chrome, makes the car look cheap.
