Funny thing is, my friend wanted the blue color when it was first announced since he has the same car. All of a sudden they said people wanted white so they came out with the white one -__- Quote:

I kind of favor the yellow due to the matching flares. Both are pretty cool though. Not super keen on the wheels but perhaps it's period correct or style correct. I'm no Nissan/Datsun guru.

there were other versions, one of which was the devilz from the anime, but it sold out quickly and they show up on auction sometimes for stupid money

Are Hot Wheels allowed?  It all started with a white Nissan C110GTR (they call it a 2000GTR) a couple years back. It has just in the last year I started collecting them. I only buy them if they catch my eye.
Here is today's loot: I can't say no to the P1, 993 GT2 and the 934 Turbo RSR. I didn't want to be greedy and take all the GT2s and RSRs. There are a couple left at PriceSmart Richmond if you want them.

sorry tofu. gonna miss some mortgage payments...
but having said that, i only have one onemodel (yellow dc2r), and it wasn't that great for the msrp. but it's not like there are many other choices out there if you want one of these 
and everyone is going nuts over the j's racing s2000, except for me? i don't get it... i know it's fast, but to me it looks like a boxcar with a gt wing on top

there is a non mugen version. just basic type-r though. onemodel in resin, and autoart in diecast but it's really expensive because it's discontinued. 
these are out now.
boost gear in japan is a place i am frequenting more because they have close relations with ignition model, as well as other brands not available here... http://minicar-fs.jp/html/page57.html
