I thought hot wheels had exclusive rights to Ferrari

A buddy of mine got it for me in the states. The States Hot wheels and Matchbox cases are ahead of Canada by a few weeks-months.

I'll open some of them once I make my display case. lol

I believe they have Exclusive rights/license to produce 1:18 scale models. The Tamiya ones are all 1:12 scale. If you guys want Higher end Ferrari models, look no further than BBR. They are pretty bawls!

I'm not sure how the licensing works for BBR since it's somewhat "exclusive" to Hot Wheels. Maybe It's an exclusive in North America only since MATTEL is american. I know BBR is Italian so the licensing might be different. I know AutoArt once wanted to produce Ferrari models but they said the licensing from Ferrari is ridiculously expensive/high.

Damn, I want the Gallardo polizia car! I've got a bunch of them in different scales but never seen the Matchbox boxed version like that!
