Wish I had that kind of shelf space. Picked this up from wal-mart today, lol. Sold at Wilkinson for $50, wal-mart had it for $20. Huge Aston Martin fan. Now if I could only find a DBS and DB5 on the cheap.

D: do you think they'll still have some?

kwy 10-24-2012 06:31 PM

I was actually at Wal-Mart (Abbotsford) again today to pick up some 1:64s, lol. They have 1 more on the shelf. It might get snatched up soon, maybe they have more in the back. Check the locations closest to you for sure.

Has anyone seen any of these around? It's Hot Wheel's 1:64 Buick Grand National from their 2012 Boulevard line. Would really like one of these. There's a bunch of other pretty cool models in this line as well..DeLorean, 77 Trans Am.

Ikkaku 10-25-2012 12:21 AM

lol bought a Maisto 1:18 S2000 from costco today $14?

There were random selections there, the ones I can recall: 350Z, Cayman, Panamera, SLK, SL, Mustang. A4 cab (i think)

Which Costco? What colours did the S2K come in?

Sky_High 10-25-2012 07:04 AM

They are like $13.9x at all Lower Mainland's Costco's...

The S2K only comes in red. This was at Richmond Costco. Not sure if they vary by store though.

icemiko 10-25-2012 11:38 AM

That Mugen DC5 is so rare, I think I saw one on eBay for like $250ish.

kwy 10-25-2012 07:53 PM

Was at Abby Costco. Yup, red S2k. Panamera, 350z, same as the other places. I picked up an E60 M5. $14 for 1:18, thats prettyyyy dece.

I was cleaning up my room and came across these models I had from my childhood. Basically they were just sitting around in a shelf collecting dust. These were given to me over a decade ago from my uncle in HK. I'd like to sell these, does anyone know how much these are worth now?

Ferrari F355, smaller than the other models, totally brand new (but the box is crushed)

http://i48.tinypic.com/savbfd.jpg
Ferrari F50, bigger than the previous one, also the box is in mint condition

Ferrari 1958 250 Testa Rossa & Road Fuel Pump

edit: wow, I see eBay seller's are asking for $140 US on the F50, and $40 US + $30 shipping (or 40GBP on Amazon.co.uk) on the 1958 250 Testa Rossa

Lancerion 10-25-2012 09:17 PM

^funny. My uncle gave me the same exact 3 when I was in HK lol.

Sky_High 10-26-2012 01:56 AM

Have anyone purchase diecast or Tamiya 1/24 models from Japan before?
How's their pricing like? Worth the trouble to bring it back?

:sweetjesus:

68style 10-26-2012 06:48 AM

Model kits are really nice from Tamiya... sometimes they sell ones that are master crafted by Tamiya modellers too but those are pretty damn expensive! This one looks nice... on ebay it's as low as $39 that's cheap for Tamiya...

Benz_05TSX 10-26-2012 12:21 PM

Didn't know so many RS members still collects these!

kwy 10-26-2012 12:37 PM

I'm still 10 at heart, lol.

SpeedStars 10-26-2012 03:07 PM

you can get an Aoshima or Fujimi Ft86/BRZ for half that price...then you can install those dress up parts too!

sas 10-26-2012 05:14 PM

Is that BRZ a plastic model kit? Cause that's insane if it is.. my plastic ones never turned out remotely as close lol
