any thoughts on their prices?
Ordered one of the Triumph TR3S' from them today. With tax and shipping it is still cheaper than the retail price at a bunch of other stores that I looked up.
Also it looks like their ebay store is setup for USD, so in CAD some items are even cheaper that what is shown on their web site. eBay

For the most part it looks like you can save the tax + a few bucks over Wilkinson's prices.
Example:
Hot Wheels Elite yellow LaFerrari. Wilkinson's $189 taxes in vs Toronto Motorsports $163 taxes in and shipped.

But there are some instances where the savings can be pretty massive.
Example:
AutoAart red Hauyra, Wilkinson's - $502 taxes in vs Toronto Motorsports - $412 taxes in and shipped.

For the less expensive models I would personally rather the extra $25 at Wilkinson's, but saving nearly $100 on a Hauyra is pretty hard to pass up.

BBR 1/18 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta Abu Dhabi matte blue #5/20... this my second BBR. Bought it new as an Ebay basket case because it was advertised as being broken so it was cheap (relatively speaking), and i was expecting the worst after it arrived but the only thing wrong i have been able to find wrong with it was loose glass? it took me a day at most to repair it... Hopefully well bought.

$412 for the red hauyra shipped eh.. i really want that black carbon fibre one! just wish it wasn't so damn expensive. the black one with dollar conversion and shipping will probably end up costing $750. guess im going to end up with the red one.

someone here had a complaint that i shared about the packaging not being that great for ignition model. but apparently it is because this is what you are supposed to be using the clear plastic cover for... doh. seems so obvious now.

if you are not going to go stupid, it would mean you are doing it wrong!

A few more photos.
Spoiler!

Also, I'm looking to get a car repainted (the red GT6). Any recommended shops and what sort of cost am I looking at?

I have this crazy dream in my head that Horacio Pagani will be there and I can ask him to sign a model for me........ but there was no chance of bringing my 1:18 AutoArt with me on this trip so I would have to buy something at their shop to make that happen hahaha... we shall see I guess. I hear he is there quite often.

BTW you might be wondering why Ferrari is conspicuously absent from my list... because they're a douchebag company. Bad enough they only allow Ferrari owners to see their basement collection at the Wynn for free..... turns out you can only go on the factory tour if you're an owner as well. Pretentious dicks. Went with Lambo, Pagani and Ducati instead... all factory tours, all more than happy to oblige to anyone.

thumper is getting someone to paint his F40 for him maybe worth a try to ask him about it? I'm sure he will chime in.

I can't offer up my bodyshop guy cuz he just does it for me for free... and as such takes like 4+ months for him to find time to do it... get what you pay for I guess

dylan... are you able to take that car apart and separate it down to just the parts you want painted? it would be much cheaper if you did it as he would charge straight time to dismantle and he does not like to assume the risk of parts breaking

Yes that is something that I would be able to do myself.

I talked to Ted at their booth during the British Field meet over the weekend. He mentioned that they have been busy putting in 6 day work weeks moving the inventory to the new location and that they plan to open the store for a few days later this week.
