anyone know where i can buy replacement side mirrors for 1/18 scale autoart models?

twitchyzero 10-04-2015 10:30 PM

the Ignition version of Hako seems to have more detail. Not sure unless side-by-side comparison...you guys should meet up and make a detailed post on that. :fullofwin: I usually dont like stance but the negative camber works very well on it.

no one seems to get the Integra taillights done correctly :denied:
I thought the Hot Wheel was a MR2 at first :lol
Spoiler!

goddamn it you guys are assholes....black AA KGPC10 sitting in cart, so much for no more models for the year :okay:

Some people have had luck in the past emailing AutoArt off their website and asking for parts.

i used to have the email for the hong kong contact but i cannot find it at the moment.

the european parts contact is discussed here http://www.diecastxchange.com/forum1...utoart-europe/

both have their pros and cons, but ultimately autoart is the one that has all the moving parts at the expense of some detail (where did the drip rails and seat headrests go?!?) and IG is a static unopenable resin that allows more detail with better paint quality but there isn't much happening on the underside (it's detailed, but it's one single molded pan) and of course no engine.

as for the integra they went the cheap route and painted the reflectors instead of the lenses as it should be...

Pretty awesome

DC2 Acura Integra with JDM front (and what looks to be canards) for next year!

because it's so new i can't find any reviews online for the AA. I think black looks the nicest but the silver is more iconic...they don't really seem to be out in the wild just yet though.

i don't have any AA millenniums, but the official photos make it seem pretty much on par with signatures?

thumper 10-05-2015 09:22 AM

quality is the same AA levels. just not as fancy as your typical signature. remember this is based on their earlier non-tuner release (ie. stock form), so maybe a review of that one might help you.

Heads up for the HotWheels collectors,

There's a boatload of new goodies at the dollar store at Metrotown.

Porsche GT3 RS, dodge viper ACR special edition, JDM honda civic, just to name a few.

BUT be warned, this dollarstore is very sneaky, each individual hotwheels after tax is a whopping $3.00+, major rip-offFailFish
