How to Polish Stainless Exhaust??

My exhaust has some heat marks + random rust spots,

I was wondering if anyone knows what I can use to bring back the shine. I've never polished exhausts before and don't really have experience with an orbital. I don't have an orbital polisher (might be able to borrow one) but I have a drill + some meguiars metal polish.

Just wondering if I can do something like this

Used Taitec GTLW Polished (before and after pics) - NSX Prime

my exhaust currently looks kinda like this

hoping to get it like this

thanks!!

As Phil said, steel wool ( start with 000 and you may have to finish with 0000 ) and some metal polish should do it. You may want some aggressive like Autosol to clean all the grime away quickly and use the Flitz to finish with.

I used Nevr Dull (Home Page) for my exhaust tips and it worked great but it looks like you're gonna need some steel wool to start with on yours.
