I'm not surprised gas prices drop in the winter. Less people drive due to snow (maybe not so much here due to the lack of snow). I guess that might entice people to drive.
Then, when summer comes around and people want to drive, gas goes right up.

Regulating pricing strategies, however, might be. Why not make it so that gas stations have to put a markup based on their wholesale price? Why should it be that a station is changing their sign three times a day when the price they paid for the gas hasn't changed at all, given that they'll get deliveries once or twice a week?

awesome to see gas prices dropping, but when your car sips gas it doesn't make a huge difference anyways,over the long run it might if prices stay consistent and they usually don't. and i assume once prices start rising people will drive conservatively right? lol
