1st offences have no DRP.
I am positive insurance is only based on accidents. So unless you caused an accident while under the influence. Insurance going up basically means you paying DRPs and fines.

Hey OP, you wouldn't happen to be a novice driver that was going to get a 24 hour suspension based on an incorrect "observation" by an officer, but instead, you were proven innocent by blowing 0.0 on a demanded test because the officer started with section 90.3?? Because Simnut can help you with that. http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...LbqniUmlOeBTmA
But if you put your truck into a ditch... before you went and got drunk, then stumbled back to your ditched truck to find your cell phone.. and managed to cut up your chin in the process.. then you're screwed. Ask Simnut's kid about when he got caught. Or his Dad Simnut.. because he's got all this covered.

WARN is 0.05-0.07 and FAIL is 0.08 and above.
What happens if you blow a .01-.04? A 24h suspension?

The typical ASD only reads WARN or FAIL, not actual levels... so anything under 0.05 won't register (actually, since the last court challenge, they've been recalibrated so you have to actually blow 0.06 before it will register a WARN, and 0.09 before it shows FAIL).

0-0.059mg% is a digital read-out of the blood-alcohol level. 0.60-0.10mg% is a WARN reading. 0.10 and above is a FAIL reading. Posted via RS Mobile |

See Jlenko!!!! I have the answer again!!! I did it even without my cape on......figure that one out!

Scratching while driving is dangerous too - probably even a bigger distraction than texting (depending on where the itch is)...
